CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. No cancellations will be accepted after the 24-hour deadline.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our products at www.allthingsdenim.us operated by All Things Denim, Inc.
We will happily return, exchange or issue store credit on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with ALL original tags still attached within 7 days of the confirmation of delivery. The receipt included in your package must be present. However, we DO NOT return, exchange or issue store credit for accessories, shoes, sandals, jewelry, handbags, custom orders and merchandise that was purchased on sale. No exceptions.
* SALE AND CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. *
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The transaction(s) will be refunded to the original form of payment used at checkout. Credit card and debit card payments may take 3 to 7 business days to post, depending on your banking or credit card institution.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days from the date your order was delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must meet the following requirements:
* Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving order.
* Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
* Merchandise must have all tags, accessories (hardware, laces, etc), and original paperwork.
* Footwear must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels.
* Sale and Custom Order items may not be returned / exchanged.
If any returns do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted via phone and email, and the items will be returned to you immediately. No refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
For return/exchange of online purchases, please mail to the address below. We encourage using a traceable method to ensure tracking. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
